This is the jasmine bush that we planted under our front window. As you can see, it has a tendency to drop its flowers after a day or two, but they smell really good. It’s not flowering right now. This picture was taken a while ago.

I love the smell of jasmine! How nice to have it at your front window. I can imagine spring already.
I've been trying to come up with the name of this plant for the last few days! So glad you posted this so my word-retrieval issues could be relieved. The smell of jasmine transports me home instantly.
Glad I could help! I think of this as a California plant because that's where I first learned about it.
