Sometimes I make biscuits and gravy. This time I used a gingerbread man cookie cutter to make Christmassy biscuits. I did not anticipate the subsequent amputations that this would entail. I also made gravy, but I didn’t think that it would be as photogenic as the uncovered biscuit men.
